Paul Hugentobler is a former member of the Executive Committee of Holcim Ltd.

He holds a degree in civil engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and a degree in economic science from the University of St Gallen, Switzerland.

He joined what is now Holcim Group Support Ltd in 1980 as Project Manager and in 1994 was appointed Area Manager for Holcim Ltd. From 1999 until 2000 he also served as CEO of Siam City Cement, based in Bangkok, Thailand.

He was a member of the Executive Committee of Holcim Ltd with responsibility for South Asia and ASEAN excluding the Philippines from 2002 until February 2013, and was instrumental in building up the Group’s position in Asia. 

Paul Hugentobler was a member of the Holcim Awards jury for region Asia Pacific in 2011.
