The Holcim Awards for Sustainable Construction have been celebrated for the first time ever: at ceremonies in Geneva, Boston, Beijing, Johannesburg, and Rio de Janeiro the authors and 46 teams behind the best submitted projects were recognized with regional Holcim Awards as well as Acknowledgement and Encouragement prizes.
