Project Summary
Four kilometers from the city center a new business district is planned, set in landscaped gardens. Office building with green hypercore presents a concept for a sustainable complex with a large central courtyard. The open ground floor is integrated into the adjacent landscape, and passive design elements allow for continuous natural ventilation throughout the building.
