Project Summary
Mexico’s poor need more public areas. The Eutropia low-cost and space-efficient social housing project re-distributes space to create a neighborhood. Medium density housing with a minimal footprint frees up areas for other uses. As well as a public square, the design includes a community building with flexible space for a market, health care and educational facilities.
