Project Summary
The Xeritown responsive urban planning strategy is a mixed-use property development on Dubai’s outskirts. The strategy returns to the traditional settlement principles of Arab villages, focused on narrow shade-covered streets, intimate courtyards and perforated walls. By integrating the desert and local climate, the result is a systematically adapted and optimized design.
