Radu Teacǎ is Associate Professor of Architecture at “Ion Minuc” University of Architecture and Urbanism (UAUIM), in Bucharest, Romania.

He studied architecture and obtained his PhD from Institutului de Arhitectura din Bucuresti, Romania.

Radu Teacǎ is a member of the Senate of the Union of Architects of Romania and in 2004 was commissioner of the Romanian exhibition of the Venice Biennale of Architecture. In 2008 he participated as an exhibitor at the colloquium architecture “Parcours d’architectures en Europe” in Strasbourg, France.

He was a member of the Holcim Awards jury for Europe in 2005.
