Project Summary

Production and ecological cluster

For a ferry terminal in the south of England, a brief for a restaurant has been transformed into a teahouse – but one which is designed with an entire system in mind.

The Production and ecological cluster envisages the growing and harvesting of flowers, their drying into herbal teas, and their collection by customers to make their own infusions – all at a ferry terminal.
