Project Summary

Sanitation and river remediation

The project, Sanitation and river remediation, aims to rehabilitate the Sabinal River which is misused as the city’s sewage system.

The water quality will be improved through a cascade of primary filter systems before entering urban wetlands. A green pedestrian corridor along the riverbank will reconnect city residents with the waterway, raising ecological awareness.
