AMID (cero9) was established in 1997 as cero9 and became AMID in 2003. Its current name is Amid.cero9. They have been visiting scholars and lecturers throughout USA, Europe and Asia and they have won more than thirty prizes in national and international competitions of architecture.
Cristina Díaz Moreno received the “Opera Prima 2010″ for the best built building granted by the College of Architects and the “Premio Construye” award for the best industrial building granted by NAPISA; both for the Industrial Building for Diagonal80 in San Agustín de Guadalix, Madrid. AMID (Cero9) was named one of the 20 best young architect firms in Spain by 2G Editorial Gustavo Gili for Diagonal80.
