Designed as a hybrid timber-concrete structure, the tower uses prefabricated elements to shorten construction time. Concrete is used for staircases, basement floors, and ceilings, while load-bearing pillars, down-stand beams, and the façade are made from locally sourced beech wood, processed in Switzerland. This approach reduces the building’s carbon footprint by around 20%, saving an estimated 670 tons of CO2 over its 60-year life cycle.
