Seed building of sustainable construction

A comprehensive set of measures pertaining for sustainable construction is considered in this high-rise building located in Brazil. Careful attention is given, for example, to water conservation, waste reduction, as well as to lowering CO2 emissions, while equal efforts are made to utilize natural resources such as solar and wind energy. In this sense, the building strives to catalyze environmental performance and thus further the cause of regional sustainability.
