  • The building site is provided with district heating. We installed solar power on the roof. This assures low CO2 emissions in the operational phase.
  • A mobility concept is put in place to reduce car traffic to a minimum.
  • The size of the units is chosen with care, to limit the use of space per individual.
  • The fact that we utilize reused and natural materials reduces the CO2 footprint of the building construction by about 60% compared to using new materials.
