Roland Köhler is former Chairman of the Board of the LafargeHolcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction, and was a Member of the Executive Committee of LafargeHolcim (2010-18).

Roland Köhler is former Chairman of the Board of the LafargeHolcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction.
He joined the Board of the LafargeHolcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction in 2015 and was Chairman (2018-20).
He had a successful career within LafargeHolcim spanning more than 30 years and was a Member of the Executive Committee (2010-18). He represented the LafargeHolcim Group as a non-executive director in local subsidiaries Huaxin Cement Company, China, and Ambuja Cements, India (2018-20).
Roland Köhler is Chairman of the Board of Noser Group, one of the leading providers of information and communications technology (ICT) solutions and support in Switzerland.
He studied business administration at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and attended the Advanced Executive Program at INSEAD (European Institute for Business Administration) in Fontainebleau, France.
He joined Swiss building materials group Hunziker in 1988 that he later managed as CEO. He transferred to Holcim Group Support as a management consultant in 1994, was Head of Corporate Controlling (1995-98), Head of Business Risk Management (1999-2001), and Head of Corporate Strategy & Risk Management (2002-10).
Roland Köhler was a member of the Global Holcim Innovation Awards jury (2012) and was the opening speaker at the LafargeHolcim Awards for Europe ceremony in Marseille, France (2017) and of the LafargeHolcim Forum in Cairo, Egypt (2019).
