Twaha Kyomuhendo has a deep interest in the impact of design on society with a particular emphasis on using architecture as a tool for positive social change.

Twaha Kyomuhendo holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) from Makerere University, Uganda.

He attended the Holcim Awards Lab 2018 in Mexico City, Mexico where he presented “The Urban Nomad’s Niche” that investigated possible methods of integrating street vendors into the Kampala city fabric.
