Patrick Dolberg was a member of the Executive Committee of Holcim Ltd, responsible for Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Italy until October 2013. He held previous positions with the Holcim Group in the USA, Canada, Germany, Australia and Belgium.

He holds an MBA from the Solvay Business School, Belgium.

He was a member of the Holcim Awards jury for North America in 2005.
