Tom Bloxham is Founder and Chairman, Urban Splash, Manchester, United Kingdom.

He is the founder and chairman of the award- winning regeneration company Urban Splash. Founded in 1993 with architect Jonathan Falkingham, Urban Splash has taken part in over sixty transformation projects in urban centres across the United Kingdom, including Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield. Urban Splash’s work has been recognised with over 440 awards in the fields of architecture, urban regeneration and design. In 2016, they started House by Urban Splash, a modular housing concept that adapts to the needs of every homeowner. In 2019, Japan’s biggest housebuilder Sekisui House and Homes England invested and is currently being rolled out across the United Kingdom.

Bloxham also holds various positions in institutions, such as the Manchester International Festival, where he serves as a chairman, the Barbican Foundation, and the Manchester United Foundation where he is a trustee. In 1999, Bloxham was awarded an MBE for his services to Architecture and Urban Regeneration.
